As I was reading the warm-up, I’m thinking, “What tha?” WOD: Used 10# db since I wasn’t too sure about the movement. I’m sure I can do this with a heavier weight next time. Anyway, time: 6:22. The warm-up and the WOD were not as bad as I thought they would be.
