- 3 x 10 Push-ups (keep back straight / use stair/chair, etc. try to avoid knees)

- 25 Single Unders
- 10 Sit-ups or 20 flutter kicks
- 10 – Goblet squats (women 15# / Men 25# ) – Scale weight as needed
6 + 30 (15# weight) did sit ups
Okay, I certainly do need to get better at following directions.
4+60 BUT I did 25SU, 25FK, 25 air squats (didn’t have weights at the track)
