Monday: Did 60-second switch (hill workout): Run 10 minutes even; then every 60 seconds, change the incline (from -1% to 5% incline – I have a chart that I got from a running book) for 18 minutes; then run 10 minutes even. 38-minute workout; speed 3.5 to 5.3; this was not for speed; 2.8 miles.

  2. Tuesday: Warm up just about did me in; however, I was able to complete my second set of singles without stopping and/or tripping on the rope! Yay me! WOD: 3 rounds plus 200m.
