Warm-Up (complete 2 rounds of the following movements)

  • 20 jumping jacks 
  • 20 arm circles forward & 20 backwards (small, medium and big circles)
  • 5 push-ups 

 

Workout – AMRAP – 10 (Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes)
