Warm-Up (complete 2 rounds of the following movements)
- 20 jumping jacks
- 20 arm circles forward & 20 backwards (small, medium and big circles)
- 5 push-ups
Workout – AMRAP – 10 (Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes)
- 200m run
- 10 air squats
- 10 chair dips (watch this video on how to complete perfect chair dips)
