Second Workout for Week of July 28th

Warm-Up 

Complete 2 rounds of the following

  • 25 Double Unders / Fast Singles or 2x Single Jump rope 
  • 15 Air Squats 

Mobility 

WORKOUT 

AMRAP-10 (As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes) 

  • 10 Burpees 
  • 10 Chair Dips
