- 10 Dumbbell thrusters (choose light load ex: 5 or 7.5# dumbbells ladies 7.5, 10 or 15# DB men)(watch this video if you missed class Sunday or need a reminder of the Thruster )

8+2 with 5lb weights. This gym doesn’t have 7.5. What’s with that!
Well, someone, apparently, stole one of the 7.5# weights from the gym I go to, so there are three 7.5# weights instead of four of them. Seriously? A man was using two of the 7.5 weights, and I contemplated using the 10s, but he was finished with them, and I was able to use the 7.5s.
