  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 air squats
  • 10 strict dumbbell press
  • 30 second hollow body hold

Workout

AMRAP-10

  • 30 Double Unders or 60 Singles
  • 30 Flutter Kicks
  • 10 Burpees

  2. Liz, jumping jacks would suffice as a jump rope subsitute, I would do 30 and not 60. However, you did Annie yesterday so you did earn a rest day. Remember resting is very important too. 😉

  3. I did this with 30 jumping jacks; burpees killed me; however, my toe is much, much better; tomorrow kind of a rest day after my riding lesson; 4 +20
