Liz, jumping jacks would suffice as a jump rope subsitute, I would do 30 and not 60. However, you did Annie yesterday so you did earn a rest day. Remember resting is very important too. 😉 Reply
I did this with 30 jumping jacks; burpees killed me; however, my toe is much, much better; tomorrow kind of a rest day after my riding lesson; 4 +20 Reply
