RESULTS:
200 singles each round = I’m dead!
Did squats instead of step-ups. Went for the max punishment (200 Singles). Did 5 rounds, but not for time. I wanted to work on my jump rope skills, so I only counted the jumps if I got more than 10. Had to change my shoes in the middle because my feet were killing me. I have no clue how long it took me, but it was a very LONG workout.
