Happy Mothers DAY WOD

Warm Up 

500m row or 400m run

2rds for quality 

  • 10 step-ups
  • 10 wall-balls
  • 10 hollow body rocks
  • 10 bird dogs


15 Minutes – Self-massage “Happy Mothers Day”

  • Myofascial release & trigger point therapy with Lacrosse ball and Foam roller


10 Min AMRAP

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 200m run or 250m row or 200 single unders
  • 10 step-ups w/ kb

  1. Did squats instead of step-ups. Went for the max punishment (200 Singles). Did 5 rounds, but not for time. I wanted to work on my jump rope skills, so I only counted the jumps if I got more than 10. Had to change my shoes in the middle because my feet were killing me. I have no clue how long it took me, but it was a very LONG workout.
