Warm -Up

  • 400m Run

2 Rounds for Quality

  • 15 Situps
  • 5 Dumbbell thrusters (use light dumbbell)

Stretches

1 mins each side

  • Samson Stretch
  • Pigeon Strech

AMRAP-10

  • 10 Double Unders
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Air Squats

  1. Did not do WOD today; ran from my office at 1025 Conn. Ave to Washington Monument and back; approx. 2.0 miles. WOD is on my schedule for tomorrow.

  2. Ryan and I did 8 rounds each. I did all my push-ups against the wall. Even doing them against the wall was tough. Ryan started on knees and moved to the wall for the last 2 rounds as his elbow was clicking and sore.

  3. Remembered my shoes, but forgot half of my lunch! This is not a good “remembering” week for me. 8 rounds (did singles, so 20 singles each round); also did first of the supplementals.
