Warm Up

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 10 Globet Squats
  • 10 Push Ups

Movements

WOD AMRAP-12 (yes 12 minutes)

  • 200M Run
  • 10 – dumbbell thrusters (choose light load)
  • 5 – Burpees

  1. Did warmup (with singles [because as Popeye says, “I’m strong to the finish ’cause I eats me spinach…”]); WOD#2 – 4 rounds + 200m run; then supplementals. Dead, thank you very much.
