WOD #2

Warm-up

  • 5  Goblet Squats (use light DB or kettle bell weight)
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 Double Unders or 2x singles
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5  Goblet Squats (use light DB or kettle bell weight)

 

WOD

AMRAMP-10 

  • 9 – Seated Dumbbell Press (Note DB weight)
  • 6 – Burpees
  • 3 – Dips

Note number of rounds and DB weight in comments.

  1. Wednesday, May 28 – Ran from office to Constitution Avenue, NW and back; slightly less than all the way to the Washington Monument and back.

  2. Thursday, May 29 – WOD#2 – Warm-up: Goblet squats with 10-pound weight; AMRAP- 5 rounds plus 15 (just missed doing 6 by 3 lousy dips!). Seated dumbbell press – 10-pound weights.

  3. Just completed WOD. I was late getting to the 2nd wod of the week. Ryan pulled his calf muscle and is not able to put any weight on his foot. Therefore, I did this one by myself. 6 rounds + 5. I used 10lb for the warm-up. I started using 10 lbs for the seated dumbbell, but switched to 5 lbs after the first round as I would not be able to keep going with 10s.
