Wednesday, May 28 – Ran from office to Constitution Avenue, NW and back; slightly less than all the way to the Washington Monument and back.
5/28/14 AMRAP 10: 5 T2B, 10 Push Press (65#), 15 DU 8 + 3 THEN bench press ending with 2 singles at 145#
Thursday, May 29 – WOD#2 – Warm-up: Goblet squats with 10-pound weight; AMRAP- 5 rounds plus 15 (just missed doing 6 by 3 lousy dips!). Seated dumbbell press – 10-pound weights.
Today (July 17) I re-did this WOD; 6 rounds plus 9.
Just completed WOD. I was late getting to the 2nd wod of the week. Ryan pulled his calf muscle and is not able to put any weight on his foot. Therefore, I did this one by myself. 6 rounds + 5. I used 10lb for the warm-up. I started using 10 lbs for the seated dumbbell, but switched to 5 lbs after the first round as I would not be able to keep going with 10s.
Yikes! Hope Ryan is feeling better now.
