Mini Met Con

AMRAP- 5

  • 10- Push Jerk (75/55#)
  • 20 – Double Unders

MOD for Ryan (bruised calf muscle)

AMRAP-5

  • 10 Seated DB Press
  • 10 Sit-Ups
  • 10 Supermans

    • I am not sure it was well below 50% of 1RM because my entire back, and the back of my legs were sore yesterday. Feeling better today. About to do the WOD. FYI – I hate burpees.
