Still not feeling up to speed; will see what tomorrow brings.
However, went for a 30-minute walk today.
Thruster: 135# and rowed 303m in 1 min
Wednesday: Powerlifting 153# bench PR and 300# x 3 deadlift. THEN 21-15-9 back squat (95#) and bar facing burpees in 8:11
Today WOD #1; 3 rounds + 5 using 10# weights. Also toned down the warm-up by doing only 40 walking lunges instead of the 50 set.
3 rounds plus 11 using 5# weights. I was tired after the warm-up. 🙂
