WOD #1

Warm-Up

  • 25 Walking Lunges
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 15 Push -Ups
  • 25 Walking Lunges

Movements:

AMRAP-8

  • 10 – Dumbbell Thrusters (recommended weight 25# (men)/15#(women) or scale to lower weight) Please note weights
  • 10  – Burpees

  1. Today WOD #1; 3 rounds + 5 using 10# weights. Also toned down the warm-up by doing only 40 walking lunges instead of the 50 set.
