Thursday: 5 rounds (doing singles) + 50 singles; with 12.5# weights; 2.5# heavier than last workout. Wednesday: Ran 1.75 miles on TM.
Friday: Ran 2.4 miles; working on getting my endurance back up. Women’s Run Festival coming up July 27.
Farrah – 5 rounds +12: used 10lb weight instead of 5. That was a struggle. Ryan – 8 rounds + 50 using 15lbs
