First: I actually ran the correct distance today! Go, me! July 20 Results: 7+3; Today’s results: 8.
Did not do July 20th’s workout. Today 7+23 My guess is today would be worse than if I did the WOD on 7/20. Bum knee today. Squats were very slow. Argh!
