Warm Up

400m run

then 2 rds of the following

  • 10 inch worms
  • 10 frankinstein kicks/walks
  • 10 walking lunges

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (RE-Test of WOD 1)

compare to July 20th (first WOD of this session)

 

AMRAP-10 (Record rds + partial reps to comments)

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 10 Air squats

  1. Did not do July 20th’s workout. Today 7+23 My guess is today would be worse than if I did the WOD on 7/20. Bum knee today. Squats were very slow. Argh!
