Warm-up
Complete 2 rounds of the following
- 25 jumping jacks
- 10 push-ups – strict or using the wall or stairs, no knee push ups
- 10 Bird dogs
- 10 scapula push-ups
Mobility
- 90 seconds each leg – Samson stretch
- 90 seconds each leg – Pigeon stretch
Workout
AMRAP-10 (as many rounds as possible in 10 mins)
- 10 dumbbell thrusters (use same weight you used during your strict should press or 2.5-5# heavier)
- 10 chair dips
I’m hoping to find time this weekend to do this WOD; not sure if I can find weights for thrusters – no matter how tempting using boulders looks. If not, I will do air squats. Our friend said he has two houses, and we can stay in the one if we want our privacy!
