followed by:

15-10-5 

  • Jumping jacks
  • Walking Lunges 

WOD

5 Rounds for time Rx/3 Rds for time scaled

  • 400m run
  • 10 push-ups 
  • 10 air squats 

Location: Deep Creek Lake

  1. I see there is no rest even on vacation (as it chould be)! This is the mentality of my co-workers:

    She: Is your session over?
    I: Yes. The 10-week session is over.
    She: Why are you still dieting and exercising?
    I: Lifestyle change and I’m not gaining weight after all the work I’ve done!
    She: I just can’t live that way; anyway, what good is it doing you when your BP is still high?

    Seriously??????

    Yet she continues to complain about her weight.
